Best scrambled eggs

I’ll happily eat scrambled eggs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, brunch, tea, supper or midnight munchies. There are many things you can add to it or add it to to change the whole experience – tobasco, spinach, pancetta, fresh oregano, feta, English muffins, toast, mackerel, et cetera…

serves 2 | 10 minutes cooking

  • 50g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • splash of double cream
  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat
  2. Whisk eggs with the cream and add to the pan slowing
  3. Stir gently until it has a creamy texture
  4. Season well with salt and pepper.
