- 220g SR flour
- 50g butter
- 150ml milk
- pinch salt
- cheese, any kind
- red onion/spring onion/chives/fresh chilli/mustard seeds…
Mix the butter, flour and salt until it has a breadcrumb-like texture.
Add the milk to make a dough, then drop in your optional ingredients and roll into balls.
The scones take 12ish minutes in a hot oven (220 degrees celsius). See, easy!
