- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 long red peppers
- 1 white onion
- ground cumin, nutmeg
- natural yoghurt
- pitta breads
- Slice the onion and red peppers and fry in olive oil until softened
- Slice the chicken, season with cumin and nutmeg and add to pan to fry until browned
- For the tzatziki mix the chopped cucumber, mint and yoghurt a bowl. Season and stir.
- Toast the pitta breads and allow everyone to help themselves.
