Healthy kebabs

serves 4 | 15 minutes preparing | 15 minutes cooking

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 long red peppers
  • 1 white onion
  • ground cumin, nutmeg
  • natural yoghurt
  • cucumber
  • mint
  • pitta breads
  1. Slice the onion and red peppers and fry in olive oil until softened
  2. Slice the chicken, season with cumin and nutmeg and add to pan to fry until browned
  3. For the tzatziki mix the chopped cucumber, mint and yoghurt a bowl. Season and stir.
  4. Toast the pitta breads and allow everyone to help themselves.
